Stockell Custom Homes is a notch above the rest. We moved in our home in May 2021 and couldn’t be happier! The team there is very detailed….they are experts at figuring out the “best way” to lay the foundation and go from there. Ken was assigned as our project manager and he became part of our daily routine throughout the build. There is a lot of decisions with many vendors for a new home and we were supremely impressed with the group of folks that Stockell is associated with. Don and his team at Stockell Custom Homes designed and built our Carriage House. This external building looks like it was constructed at the same time as our home. The construction quality and workmanship are excellent, and the building is a perfect addition to our property. There is a bonus room above the main floor which serves as an adorable playroom for our grandkids. We utilize the entire building all year for a variety of purposes. Like everything Don does, this building is exactly what we envisioned. Like many construction projects, we asked for changes as we saw opportunities to fine-tune some features we had overlooked. Don accommodated our revisions to the original plan and made some suggestions that made our ideas even better. If you want a great balance of quality, price, and flexibility there is no company better than Stockell Custom Homes.

We were very pleased with Don and Tom. If not one, then both Don and Tom were on the project daily. The whole planning of the house went very smoothly. The subcontractors were not only professional and friendly but their work was awesome! They approached their work as if they were working on their own home. They paid close attention to fine detail and made excellent suggestions. Our house was finished on schedule in spite of the rain delays we had!
